    Hello,

Looking for some guidance.  I have an employee table which show each individuals age as of today.  I want to create a line chart with two lines:  Age 60+ and Below 60.  The two axis should be number of employees and year......but I want to project the year out to 2028.  So the date axis would start in 2019 and go out to 2028.  That way I can see the number of employees over time that are getting closer to 60 years old or beyond for retirement.  So over time the below 60 line will drop and the age 60+ line will increase as employees get older.

    Thanks!

Hi Ron. Have you tried anything thus far? I would suggest keeping it simple. You already know the number of years you want to forecast so why not have a table with all the ages calculated in them already. If that's workable, see the attached file with a custom function that will calculate age for each employee for each year. Line chart included, Just an example of how I would approach that.
