    Hello All,

I have a table where I have data week on week. I want to have a detail of Project who are not submitter week on week with the count. The condition is, if the project is a new to the list of not submitter then that column should be blank otherwise if its repeated more than once, it will mention "Defaulter for past 2 PEDs". This will be current week report always. Also, when we apply date filter to the table to have the current week data, the repeated defaulter column should not have impact of filter. Otherwise, the Defaulter for past PED will always show 1 PED. Below is the format of report. I am attaching the dummy data.

    Hi @Krishna Nandan,

You can create both output tables in PQ, illustrated in your sampe file (attached).
If you require something else, please supply more details on your actual requirement.

    I hope this is helpful

    Hi Melissa,
Thank you for your reply. But i could not understand your solution. If you can explain further will help.
To give you more details, My data will have 8k rows value and this will have week on week. So i am not sure how to put into that format as a table visual.

    thanks
    Krishna

    Hi Krishna,

I 'd love to explain further if I understood what it is you're struggling with...

You provided a sample, I assume that corresponds to your production data. In the Power Query editor you'll find 3 queries (ListValues is a supporting query, that returns a type list) and two table queries that return the requested outcome as you've depicted it above...

    Kind Regards,
