    Hi,

    I was able to add the following measures:

    Total voluntary1 = CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS('Resignation Table'),
    FILTER('Resignation Table','Resignation Table'[Termination Reason]="Voluntary"),
    FILTER('Resignation Table','Resignation Table'[Years In service(YIS)]>1)
    )

    Total Involuntary1 = CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS('Resignation Table'),
    FILTER('Resignation Table','Resignation Table'[Termination Reason]="Involuntary"),
    FILTER('Resignation Table','Resignation Table'[Years In service(YIS)]>1)
    )

    total Resignations1 = [Total voluntary1] + [Total Involuntary1]

    AND CHANGED THIS MEASURE:
    >1 YIS IN YTD = 'Resignation Table'[total Resignations1]

    So now you should see the value of 16 in the card on the top right.

    Hope that helps,
