Power BI Exchange

Hi,

We have a sharepoint/power app application where you have to enter data. Most of the things goes fine, but in the form we have around twenty fields, which you must mark. for example a field suicide (A), run away (B), agression (C) etc. Now i want to report how much agression there was, suicide, run away and so on.

so you need togo from a,b,c to
a
b
c

Is there a way to reorder teh specific field through a direct connection form sharepoint into powerbi? Or must is export the data from sharepoint and translate in an other way?
I now got the picture above, but i need the picture at the bottom.

So you need to switch a column chart to a bar chart or am I missing a more detailed question? If it is switching Bar to column, there are two different chart visuals in power bi that are for both chart types. Trying using the one that is going horizontal in the thumbnail

Hi Fred,
It is not entirely clear to me how your data is arranged in SharePoint.  Do you have separate columns A, B & C with Yes/No entry in each?
If this is the case, you should consider unpivoting the table in Power Query, so that you end up with a column called, say "Data Category" (Options being A, B or C) and another True/False column.
