Power BI Exchange

Hi All,
I am very new to Power BI and have difficulties to make what seems to me very basic. I've tried to understand but I must admit I need some help… Here is the situation:

I have 2 tables, one of a survey with (unique) id and answers and one with the labelled answers


I first want to count the number of answers group by answers like here

Then, finally, I would like the result in such a form
