On-Premise gateway stops working

  • 1.  On-Premise gateway stops working

    Hi Everyone,

    On-Premises Gateway connecting many data sources to Power BI reports stopped working these two or three week, which forces me to refresh data manually and load it to the app every single day (Frustrated).

    I reinstalled , restarted the gateway many times but no chance. Please look at the snapshot included and let me know how to encounter to fix the issue. Pleeeeease.

    I started having the same issue on Saturday, November 21, 2020.  Our team has spent hours trying to troubleshoot the issue.  I am currently refreshing via desktop and republishing every morning.  Please let me know if anyone solves this issue for you.

    I have run into similar issues, are you opening Power Bi with a "run as admin"?  For some reason this is the only way I can get into Power Bi.  (I believe it's related to our hosting companies security, and my user having limited rights).

    I hope this points you in a useful direction.
