    Hi Everyone

    My report has 12,541 rows and one of the applied filters on the report has filtered it down to 19 rows, now I want to get my report back to its original position ie; 12,541 rows.

    I have tried many ways to clear the filter which I applied previously while working on the report. I have tried all possible ways to clear it however, the report isn't removing the applied filter.

    What I have already tried.

    Went to Query Editor and (Cleared the Filter) from the applied steps section in the left.
    Manually cleared all the filter on the report at different levels like (visual, page, report level)

    refreshed the data in the data model from within the query editor.
    What am I missing, Could anyone please guide.

    Hi Zahid,

    In the filter pane at the level of Page Level filter or Report Level filter, you can see a lock option. From your pictures, it seems you have locked the filter. Click on the lock will unlock the filter. See the below picture.

    I don't think that the Power Query editor might help.  Your screenshot indicates that the table contains 12541 rows. If the filter was in Power Query, you would have less rows loaded in the model.

    What you should check:
    - Is there a visual level filter active?
    - Is there a page level filter active?
    - Is there a report level filter active?
    - Is there a cross-filter active? (coming from another visual)
    - Is there a drillthrough filter active?
    - Is there a slicer active?  => Be aware, the slicer might be invisible because it may be a synchronized slicer from another page. (or a hidden slicer on the page itself)      Check View - Selection Pane to check whether there are hidden objects

    Hi Johan

    Yes, you are right, Once I opened up the Slicer pane from the View Tab, It showed me the slicer was hidden with the filter applied which I have done earlier.

    Cleared the slicer and the report is now showing full records. Thank you @Tuhin Tapadar for your advice as well​.
