    Dear Power BI Colleagues,

I am using Power BI to visualize data from Microsoft Navision and Business Central.

In order to get data from NAV to Power BI i am using Odata feeds where i am defining my "views" in queries.

I am experiencing an issue when the table that i extracting data from, is empty.

For example if i have a odata feed based on sales order lines.

If there are no sales orders in NAV, and therefore no sales order lines, the query returns no rows.

The result in Power BI is that no table is created and my datamodel will therefore return an error, since the fields that i based my measures on (when there did excist sales lines in NAV), are no longer excisting in Power BI.

Do you have any experience in solving this issue?

I am aware that this issue will not occur when using SQL as a datasource, since the SQL datasource always will create the table in my datamodel, but without rows.

However, I do not find the SQL datasoure feasible for my setup, due to the extend of modified "views" that i am using.

    Best Regards
