I am cross posting this for PowerBi KC Members that may have an interest.

The KC PowerApps and Flow User group will be putting on two training sessions and our Quarterly Meeting on April 11th..

There will be two concurrent sessions on April 11th from 10:30 to 12:30, please arrive 15 minutes early to get set. We will begin promptly at 10:30. The Quarterly Meeting will run from 1:30 to 4:30

Session 1 – Common Data Service/Common Data Model – What you need to know to understand about the PowerPlatform, how to use it with PowerApps, Flow and your Dynamics 365 Apps. Along with how this new platform will be the foundation for everything in the future. A great session for your developers to attend also.

We have lined up two powerhouse members from the product team – Matt Barbour, https://www.linkedin.com/in/matt-barbour-02702b1/ Matt is a member of the Senior Leadership Team for the PowerPlatform. Best way to sum it up is there is no one that knows more about the platform, underlying logic, and the API then Matt. The other member of the tag team will be Brandon Simmons https://www.linkedin.com/in/simonsbrandon/, he is one of the senior Product Managers that own the CDS. Bring your computer.

Session 2 – PowerApps: Beginner Track – Brian Dang https://www.linkedin.com/in/mrdang/, a school teacher that started working with PowerApps on his own (8-bit Classroom) to build out apps for his students. He was hired by Microsoft shortly after his success with PowerApps became widely known.  Brian will do a highly condensed version of the App in a Day training session. You should have a flow.microsoft.com account, a business one drive account and have an Excel license to take full advantage of this session. Bring your computer.

     Other very important information:
