Case/Incident Resolution Data Export Service D365

    I'm wondering if anyone has found where to get the incident resolution (case resolution) notes if in the Data Export Service of the Azure instance of D365 CRM/Service. I notice that this field is greyed out in the Data Export Service. Is there any way to access this data or make the field to be not greyed out?

    Hi Daniel,
        You are best off asking this type of question in a Dynamics 365 User Group as this is not really Power BI related. But luckily I am in the middle of doing a DES project :)

        Whenever you see an entity greyed out in the Data Export Service then that means Change Tracking is not enabled for the entity. In the solution or customisation, bring up the entity Case Resolution and check 'Change Tracking'. This will make the entity available to export in DES. Not sure how you customise and have unmanaged or managed solutions and dev/test/production environments but that is what needs to be done.
