    Hi Friends,

Have a issue with power BI Gauge.

When projected sales exceeds Quota (Sales Target set to Rep), it does not show the data. Below is an example. 1.71M is Quota but projected sales is 1.76M. So the needle is not visible.

I am trying Tachometer, where If I set Projected as my Target (which is not actually) but this case is satisfied. If some one will not reach the target, not working properly.

Ex: 86.8K is projected 73.59K is Quota
Please suggest a solution to show the data better in suitable visual or any other workaround.

    Thanks,
    Yoga

Set the maximum value to the same as the quota.  Then it'll always show.

Or to be more dynamic, use a new measure as the maximum  - with dax to say if quota<= projected then projected otherwise quota + 10%

Thanks @Wallo Atkinson. I cannot hard code 10% as in the beginning of the month Projected value goes to more than 10%.  (50%, or even more than 50%)

Below is an example of trying to switch Quota and Projected which ever is greater that goes to max value but still unable to show all values, (Below Projected missing..)

    Tachometer Range = MAX([MTD Projected],[MTD Quota])

Not sure, if this will help you or not.. but you can give a try
    Step-1
    Step-2
select the format by and select any of the options which you think suits your requirement
    Step-3
    Set the rule as required

Note: these conditional formattings are visible in all the areas where so ever color pallets are visible

How about if you try, as the "Maximum value":

    Tachometer Range = IF([MTD Projected]>[MTD Quota]; [MTD Projected];[MTD Quota])

    You could, even, use:

    Tachometer Range = IF([MTD Projected]>[MTD Quota]; [MTD Projected]; 1.1 * [MTD Quota])

Your formula will display both values, Projected and Quota.

    Best regards.
