    Hello everyone,

I came back with other question. Thank you in advance for helping me on all my concerns.

I would like to share a report with at least 50 users , and I wonder if there is a way to exclude all feature on the report for users. I mean I want them to see only charts, slicers and tables having data (NOT the menus, and all power BI features).

Please look at the link below and see how this report is created and shared.

If you have any idea how to create / share this report. Please let me know.

    I really appreciate it.

    Thanks.

    Hello @S B,

You can create the file from the Desktop, then load it to the service.
From the service, you can open the report, click on file and 'publish to web', this will generate a similar URL as mentioned in your question.

There will be an iframe code as well, if you wish to embed the same report in a web page.

Here is a link for the walkthrough and it has a video as well:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-publish-to-web

    Hope this answers your question.

    Thank you,

    HI @S B,

There are several way to share your reports with other peoples:
And for each option, except the 'Publish to Web', you need to have licences for your 50 users via either individual Power BI Pro licenses, Power BI Premium or Power BI Embedded capacity.
