Well, if they can access one dashboard they can access another. And they can send URLs to each other rather documents.
In the meantime, have you thought of exporting as a PDF, which will be nicely documented ?

The comfort level with that kind of thing is very low in my line of work. Both the sales team and the customers are still more comfortable with a exportable document that can turn into an email attachment. However, that is in the future state.

Hi Power BI user group,
Long time listener, first time caller. I hope this finds you well.
I am trying to figure out how to export a table from Power BI into Excel (or another shareable format) with formatting included. As of now when I export to excel it gives me the info, but its squished all together and not formatted correctly. Is there a way to export to a template that has the formatting set?
My sales team is using Power BI to propagate sales price sheets for our customers, and they need to make them presentable easily.
