hide lines with no value in a matrix

    Hi, Folks

    I have a Matrix  with sometimes no values in lines, and would like to hide the whole line in that case . Here you can see 3 levels sometimes, and 2 level some other.
    As a matter of facts,  there is no point in seeing  empty lines in a matrix. Can you make  it work when we have 2 items in the X axis like this example ?

    I attached the pbix file to make it clear.
