    Hello,

    I have two tables are sale1 and sale2.

    In sale1 table contain the following columns are code, colour, price and the sale qty_2018 came from visual selection by using measure.

    In sale2 table contain code and sale qty_2019.

    There is no relationship in-between two tables because many to many relationship.

    I am trying to bring the sale qty_2018 into sale2 table so one table I want to see both years sales according to the code.

    I am trying to create sumx, sum and calculated column but I received error message.

    I am looking for measure and calculated both option to achieve the result.

    Any suggestion please that would be great.

    Hi Ab Ab,

    One way to achieve this is to create a common Colours dimension table:

    @Ab Ab,
    I think that @Tomas Torp has the right idea.  The only thing that I would add to his solution would be a table that contains the unique code as well.  So, perhaps the data model should look like this:

    Then in your visualization, you can also include a slicer for the Code that would allow you to select whatever combination of Codes you want to include in the total table:

    Hope that helps.
