Guest speaker Mark Hayes (Freelance Microsoft Data Platform Consultant, Sycamore ICT Consulting - see short Bio below) examines the reporting technologies that are available from Microsoft for Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.  He will look at how Microsoft BI technologies can be used to meet a wide range of user needs, from Personal BI to Enterprise-wide reporting.  Mark will demo the key Microsoft technologies that can be used to meet your reporting needs, outlining their similarities and differences.

A short local presentation:  "Power BI & property prices" by Alice McDonald

User group member Alice will give us some Power BI insights into property prices in and around Galway using property price register data.  One direction?!

Mark Hayes (Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), MPP - Data Science, MPP - Big Data) is a freelance Microsoft Data Platform consultant and has worked with Microsoft data technologies since 2000 with a wide range of national and international companies.
